At our mission is to enable our clients to resolve their management issues and build better organisations - the kind of organisations they need to achieve the success they want.

Each organisation has unique challenges and it is to address these that we have built our skills, knowledge and experience.

Blending insight with our knowledge of improvement we present our recommendations. In partnership with our client we can implement the recommendations as agreed.

Engaging with management problems can involve exploring uncomfortable areas and having difficult conversations. To achieve lasting solutions we explore as necessary and never avoid difficult conversations.


Our organisation is light and agile, we work on projects with budgets large and small. Our focus is always on providing what our clients value. If we do not think a proposed project or budget will result in a valued solution - we will say so.


Professionalism means different things to different people but to us it simply means doing what we say we will do.


Our consultants have many years of experience and training which give them the competence to help clients. We do not pretend to know everything! We refer elsewhere when we believe it is in a client's best interest.

What makes for the perfect strategy-making team?

The membership of the strategy-making team is an important element in determining the quality of strategy that results from an organisation’s strategy-making process. Here we suggest a few criteria that can be applied to the selection of team members to considerable increase the chance of the process  creating robust and actionable strategy for your organisation.


Working with Not-for-profits

Changez has begun strategy work with two non-profit organisations. One operates in the education sector, the other in social welfare. We’re looking forward to supporting them in their challenging programmes of strategy-making and organisational change.
